Thank you for your purchase. While we always want our products to meet and exceed your expectations, we are also mindful that situations may arise where a return or refund is needed. See our returns policy below for more information.


All returns must start within fifteen (15) days of the purchase date. To be eligible for free prepaid return shipping, all items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. Returns for items in open or used conditions are also accepted, subject to eligibility requirements and Fair Use.

Extended Holiday Returns

Orders placed directly on between Nov 1 and Jan 31 enjoy an extended return period of 30 days from date of purchase. All other Terms & Conditions shall remain the same.

Eligibility for Return or Exchange

  • Unopened / unused items are eligible for 100% refund of original amount paid. We provide prepaid return shipping label. Product must be in unopened, unused and undamaged original packing.
  • Damaged or Defective items are eligible for free replacement Or credit adjustment against purchase of different value item/s from the store Or store credit, whichever method you choose. We provide prepaid return shipping label and free replacement shipping. If same items are no longer available in inventory, we may offer a full refund or a similar product subject to your acceptance.
  • Open items, missing original packing but otherwise in undamaged / like new condition will require you to ship item back at your own expense within returns timeframe. RMA is required prior to returns. Full refund to original method of payment (except original shipping amount, if any charged), will be made subject to receipt and inspection of item.
  • Partial returns are accepted. Returnable items within an order are subject to same eligibility conditions as applicable to any other purchase.
  • Used items are not eligible for returns or exchange.
  • Exceptions to policy are stated in the ‘Exceptions’ section.

Return Process

To return an item, please fill the order support form and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Alternatively, you can also email with your order number. It takes one (1) business day to setup your return. After receiving the RMA & prepaid shipping label via email (if applicable), place the item securely in the original packaging, affix label and drop off to mail carrier mentioned on your shipping label.

Note: Please do not send returns without getting RMA number or prepaid shipping label from us first. We are not responsible delays, losses or costs for unauthorized returns.


Refunds are posted to the original form of payment only. If the original form of payment is no longer available, then we can offer store credit or similar options in lieu, at our discretion. After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least two (2) business days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your statement, depending on your payments company. We will notify you when your return has been processed.


The following items cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Final Sales – Items marked as Final Sales
  • Items specifically marked non-returnable
  • Items sold under ‘Bulk Sales’ or B2B transactions are not covered under this Returns Policy. Specific returns/refund/exchange options are listed in bulk product offers.
